In accordance with the Article VIII, Constitution and Bylaws of NepSoSS, notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of NepSoSS to be held on Saturday July 6, 2019. 

 The venue for this event is Evraz Pool and Park  (190, Zehner, SK S0G 5K0). We request everyone to be at the venue by 1 pm. Please note that weather may force us to change venue or date of the AGM.
